Once home to a number of hip artists back in the 80’s, this once forgotten part of London has seen a resurgence over recent years with the introduction of the Overground at Denmark Hill station paving the way for a new generation of residents to call the area home.

Desirable Property Types
When it comes to desirable properties Camberwell has quite a variety to offer, from red-brick Edwardian terrace and semi-terrace homes, to large Georgian houses down quiet, tree-lined streets. The area has also seen its fair share of recent developments, with a range of new flats popping up around the area.

Notable Amenities
As expected with a thriving crowd of students and young professionals, Camberwell has plenty of hip cafes, chic restaurants and lively pubs, while Sunday’s sees the regular appearance of the Camberwell Market on Camberwell Green.

Camberwell may lack an Underground station, but the area is still well served with a large number of bus routes passing through the area. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.

When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.

Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
