Typical Chelsea jobs
At home in Chelsea
One of London’s wealthiest and most desirable neighbourhoods, Chelsea was once the centre for London’s cultural happenings back in the 60’s. Nowadays the area is better known for its annual Chelsea Flower Show that attracts visitors from across the globe.
Desirable Property Types
Chelsea manages to bring together the very best of London’s property market with everything from charming Victorian terrace cottages and grand Georgian houses, to modern studio apartments and redbrick ex-council flats.
Chelsea is incredibly well served when it comes to up-market restaurants and trendy cafes, while the King’s Road is home to a number of major, high-end retailers that attracts shoppers from across the capital.
While Chelsea may be incredibly well connected in terms of buses, the lack of a station within the centre of the area may present an issue to some. Though this isn’t to say the area is completely cut off from the rest of London as a number of National Rail, Underground and Overground stations, including Sloane Square, South Kensington and Imperial Wharf can be found along Chelsea’s border.
Due to the area’s incredibly high property prices, Chelsea tends to attract wealthy, international buyers, who once settled, will remain within the area often simply upgrading or downgrading their property as desired.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
