At home in Dulwich
A vibrant and family-friendly neighbourhood with more than its fair share of scenic green space, Dulwich is often divided into the quarters of North, East, South and West. While the popular and up-market Dulwich Village offers its residents a truly rural escape as well as a stunning array of art at the nearby Dulwich Picture Gallery.
Desirable Property Types
Created through the formation of two estates back in the 19th century, today Dulwich is a haven of spacious Victorian and Edwardian properties designed specifically for families. Elsewhere in Dulwich Village stand a number of truly remarkable cottages that further add the area’s countryside feel.
Busy and full-of-life, Lordship Lane is Dulwich’s heart when it comes to trendy cafes, relaxed restaurants and cool shops. Nearby Northcross Road Market also attracts an array of stalls every Saturday that offer everything from handmade furniture to fresh pastries.
When it comes to the Underground, South East London has been unfortunately left behind with currently no stations within the area. However, Dulwich is still well served by the Overground and National Rail network alongside a number of bus routes that pass through the area.
Dulwich tends to attract mostly young families and professionals who crave the area’s mix of great bars and restaurants alongside the abundant green space and excellent schools.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
