Typical Hammersmith jobs
At home in Hammersmith
Popular for its riverside setting and green spaces, as well as for its great transport links and hub of industry, Hammersmith manages to offer the best of both worlds to those who call this part of West London home.
Desirable Property Types
When it comes to desirable properties, Hammersmith keeps its best hidden away from its busy roads. The quaint area of Brackenbury Village offers a mix of Victorian cottages and larger period properties, of which are all highly sought after.
Hammersmith offers plenty of options for shopping, with a number of independent shops down its quieter streets and the weekly Hammersmith Farmers Market, while for everything else, the Hammersmith Broadway shopping centre boasts high street shops and cafes.
Transport links in and out of Hammersmith are some of the best in West London, with Hammersmith station connecting to four different Underground lines. The station is also a hub for buses, with routes going all across London, while the A4 also passes through the area, making access out of the area fairly stress free.
The large majority of those that call Hammersmith home are families after space, but priced out of West London’s more pricier neighborhoods. Professionals looking to find a place close to their work are also drawn to the neighbourhood, while young buyers making their first steps on to the property ladder often consider, and buy, within the area.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
