At home in Hendon
Currently undergoing a large-scale regeneration project, and with excellent transport links and a strong community feel, Hendon is an area currently on the rise.
Desirable Property Types
Hendon boasts plenty of popular early 20th century semis and detached properties, but it’s the area’s recent regeneration that has seen a wave of attractive new homes appear on the market. The new development of Hendon Waterside’s apartments with its close transport links and views over the Welsh Harp reservoir currently make it a much-desired destination for buyers.
Alongside its town centre of popular cafes and high street stores, Hendon is also home to the Brent Cross Shopping Centre that boasts an array of dining and shopping options. Hendon’s diverse population also plays a large part in the numerous specialty shops and restaurants within the area, while being the home of Middlesex University also means there’s plenty of great spots for a few drinks.
As one of London’s best-connected neighbourhoods, travelling is rarely a worry for Hendon’s residents. Hendon Central and Colindale Underground stations are both on the Northern Line, while Hendon Station is on the National Rail network with trains to Farringdon, Blackfriars and St Pancras. Meanwhile, the M1, A1, A5, A41 and North Circular all pass through the area making driving out and around London very easy.
Hendon is an incredibly diverse neighbourhood of London, and with its great schools and various attractions, is very popular with families. The variety of properties available also makes climbing up or down the property ladder relatively possible for families planning to stay within the area even as their circumstances change.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
