Typical Imperial Wharf jobs
At home in Imperial Wharf
Found in the center of chic London, with Fulham and Chelsea either side, and with the Thames passing below, Imperial Wharf is one of the capital’s most sought after locations. The area itself is also relatively new, having been developed from the Sands End area of Fulham at the turn of the century.
Desirable Property Types
Offering incredible riverside views and an exclusive postcode doesn’t come cheap, yet Imperial Wharf’s new development of modern apartments are some of London’s most sought. The area is also home to a number of new, Georgian-style terrace houses, which are also just as popular.
Imperial Wharf is home to a number of great bars, restaurants and shops that can be found in the centre of this development of properties. Meanwhile, the popular shopping destination of King’s Road in neighbouring Chelsea is just a short distance away.
Travel in and out of the neighbourhood is relatively straightforward with the Overground station of Imperial Wharf offering simple access to the rest of London. The area is also home to a river taxi service that provides links to a number of destinations alongside the Thames.
Due to its high property prices and popular location beside the river, as well as being close to the hip neighbourhoods of Chelsea and Fulham, Imperial Wharf attracts a large number of wealthy professionals with a large number of international buyers also purchasing properties in the area.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
