Typical Muswell Hill jobs
At home in Muswell Hill
Offering spectacular views over London, stunning architecture and plenty of green space, Muswell Hill is one of North West London’s most desired locations. Redeveloped over the turn of the 19th to the 20th century by builder James Edmondson, today Muswell Hill offers the feel of a busy market town with charming shopping streets and attractive homes.
Desirable Property Types
Muswell Hill offers up a varied selection of sought after properties with the ‘royal’ streets of Dukes Avenue, Kings Avenue, Princes Avenue and Queens Avenue being the most desirable. Elsewhere, the streets of Fortis Green and Pages Lane offer a number of grand Victorian houses and trendy flats.
The residents of Muswell Hill are well stocked when it comes to shops with a mix of large brand stores and smaller, independent outlets, while Alexandra Palace holds a weekly farmers market that’s a popular destination for locals in the know.
Muswell Hill may lack the variety of travel options that other northwestern neighbourhoods may have, but the area does still boast Alexandra Palace railway station. Elsewhere, the Underground stations of Bounds Green, Wood Green, Turnpike Lane and East Finchley can all be found just outside Muswell Hill borders.
Offering an abundance of great schools, plenty of green space and a variety of shops, Muswell Hill is the perfect place for families to call home. While the leafy streets, trendy cafes and general market town atmosphere also helps draw in its fair share of young professionals and creatives.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
