Best known for its waterways as well as its rail station and the famous bear that arrived there from ‘deepest, darkest Peru’, Paddington is currently a mix of new and exciting developments with somewhat, unloved areas.

Desirable Property Types
Paddington’s property market offers up an array of choice for buyers. In particular, the areas of Connaught Square and Crave Hill Gardens, and their stucco mid-Victorian terraces built around pretty gardens are incredibly sought after. While for those after a more modern property, the canal-side flats and apartments of the recently regenerated Paddington Waterside are also very popular.

Perhaps not best known for its shops, Paddington does however boast the excellent Connaught Village, an area that offers a mix of high-end boutiques, chic cafes and contemporary galleries.

When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.

Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
