At home in Primrose Hill
Notable for its stunning views over London and its countryside feel, bohemian Primrose Hill boasts a significant history of writers and artists who have called the area home. Today, the area has become somewhat of a celebrity hotspot with all manner of famous faces moving into this privileged pocket of North London.
Desirable Property Types
Properties of all shapes and sizes make up Primrose Hills’ property market and all come at a premium. The streets of Regent’s Park Road, Albert Road and St Mark’s Square all boast a number of large stucco fronted Victorian homes, while Chalcot Square has a range of pastel coloured terraces.
Regent’s Park Road is Primrose Hill’s high street hub and offers an array of restaurants, shops and bars. While elsewhere, it’s a unique sight not to stumble across a charming café or independent shop down any of the area’s scenic streets.
Lacking any station to call its own, Primrose Hill does however have plenty within reach. Both Chalk Farm and Swiss Cottage connect to the Underground, while Kentish Town and Camden Road are on the Overground.
Primrose Hill attracts mostly families and professionals who are drawn to the area for its green spaces, excellent schools and straightforward access to central London. The area is also notable for the amount of celebrities as well as those working within the media and creative industries that call the neighbourhood home.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
