At home in Regent’s Park
Home to one of London’s most iconic royal parks as well as London Zoo, Regent’s Park stands split between the boroughs of Camden and Westminster, and offers easy access to everything a Londoner could want.
Desirable Property Types
Regent’s Park’s iconic white stucco terraces, designed by renowned architect John Nash, are well sought after; though expect to pay premium prices. Alongside these impressive properties, buyers can also find a mix of Edwardian cottages, Victorian houses and post-war estates.
Regent’s Park offers a number of popular restaurants and pubs scattered about its space including establishments owned by world-renowned chefs. The actual park also offers up a number of popular cafes that are perfect for a light bite and scenic views.
Travelling in and out of Regent’s Park is thankfully fairly easy with Regent’s Park Station on the Underground serving the Bakerloo Line, while both Baker Street and Camden Town are nearby and offer connections to a number of Underground lines.
Offering stunning properties and plentiful green space in the heart of London doesn’t come cheap, and the Regent’s Park’s residents reflect that. A number of leading names in the world of culture and entertainment own properties within the area, as well as a number of dignitaries, such as the US Ambassador, reside in the area.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
