At home in Shoreditch
An eclectic mix of clubs, pubs, cafes and galleries, Shoreditch is an immensely popular area of central London that attracts a wide mix of people looking to enjoy the array of entertainment on offer. The area is also renowned for its markets, with Brick Lane market drawing in large crowds of visitors every Sunday.
Desirable Property Types
Mostly a mix of renovated industrial buildings and townhouses that have since been converted into trendy flats and loft apartments, which being in such a trendy location, often come at a premium. However, the area is currently seeing rapid development with tower blocks beginning to appear throughout the neighbourhood.
Within such a popular area of London, Shoreditch is well served for amenities with a number of weekend markets and attractions.
Like the vast majority of central London, Shoreditch is well served when it comes to travel with Shoreditch High Street, Hoxton and Haggerston stations all within the area, while one of London’s busiest rail stations, Liverpool Street Station is also just outside the area’s limits.
A melting pot of inhabitants, Shoreditch attracts a range of people including young creatives and foreign students, to professionals and hip investors. However, the area doesn’t attract too many families, with many of the area’s residents moving out as they get older and start families.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
