Your Homyze

At home in Spitalfields

Often in the shadow of its nearby neighbours, Spitalfields is one of central London’s hidden gem, with the cosmopolitan appeal of its markets and bars, as well as its close proximity to the offices of The City and the nightlife of Shoreditch.

Desirable Property Types
A heady mix of warehouse loft conversions, 17th century cottages and former council flats are what make up Spitalfields property market today.

Notable Amenities
Spitalfields boasts an extensive array of popular bars and restaurants spread out across the area, however, Spitalfields Market is perhaps the area’s most popular and well-known destination for everything from unique antiques to global cuisine stalls.

Not notably as well served for transport as its closest neighbours, Spitalfields is home to Aldgate East Station on the Underground, while nearby areas like The City are some of the best connected when it comes to transport in London.

Likely Demographic
With its close proximity to the businesses of The City and the nightlife of Shoreditch, Spitalfields attracts mostly young professionals. However, with space at a premium, many move further out of Spitalfields as they begin families and the appeal of extra rooms and gardens outweigh the positives of the area’s central location.

Nice to meet you

The Homyze Story

Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.

When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.

Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
