At home in Vauxhall
With its tired office blocks and traffic-clogged streets, Vauxhall is one of South London’s more neglected neighbourhoods. However, with a wave of regeneration going on in the area and still only short distance from the many landmarks of central London, it’s fair to say the Vauxhall won’t remain overlooked for long.
Desirable Property Types
As a part of Vauxhall’s recent rejuvenation, a large number of luxury riverside apartment blocks have been appearing within the area and are all highly sought-after. Though the neighbourhood does boast plenty of period properties, with the large Victorian terrace houses along Fentiman Road being highly desirable.
Vauxhall is home to many great cafes, restaurants and pubs throughout its neighbourhood, as well as a few larger supermarkets. While its bars and clubs often attract large crowds over the weekend.
Travel in Vauxhall is very often stress free with Vauxhall station offering access to the Underground and National Rail networks, while a large number of buses pass through the area on their way to south and central London. Just across the border is also Waterloo station, one of south London’s busiest and best linked transport hubs.
Providing a quick and easy commute to the jobs of central London, as well as offering a varied nightlife, makes Vauxhall a very attractive destination for young professionals with many calling this part of south London home.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
