At home in Victoria Park
A short distance from the trendy Dalston and Shoreditch, leafy Victoria Park is a somewhat more relaxed area than its neighbours, yet it still plays host to a number of cultural events on its 84 hectare green space.
Desirable Property Types
Victoria Park offers some of East London’s most desired properties with large Victorian terraces around the actual park being incredibly sought after. While the elegant townhouses of Victoria Park Village, just north of the park, are also incredibly popular.
Shops, bars and restaurants can be found throughout the area, but its Victoria Park Village where the best shopping and dining experiences can be found. Here visitors and locals alike enjoy a range of independent boutiques and charming cafes that only add to the area’s strong community spirit.
Victoria Park also boasts plenty of transport links that keeps the neighbourhood well connected to the rest of the capital. London Fields and Hackney Wick stations are both on the Overground, while a number of buses run through the area on their way into central London.
Offering one of London’s finest parks, a number of East London’s best schools and the Westfield shopping centre just across the border in neighbouring Stratford, it’s easy to see why Victoria Park is so appealing to both families and young professionals. The varying size of property available also means many stay within the area as they move home, simply climbing up or down the property ladder.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
