Your Homyze
At home in Wembley
Best known for being the home of Wembley Stadium, home to the England football team and a number of large-scale music concerts, Wembley has seen itself change from neglected spot, to up-and-coming London suburb.
Desirable Property Types
Wembley is very much the suburbs, and properties in the area fit the bill perfectly with largely detached and semi-detached 30’s era homes down tree-lined streets. However there are a number of new luxury flat developments starting to appear around Wembley Stadium.
Notable Amenities
Wembley is much more than its iconic stadium, with its neighbouring shopping centre, The London Designer Outlet proving so. Alongside this modern shopping centre, Wembley also offers a number of hotels as well as new library.
Wembley is also very well connected to the rest of London with the stations of Wembley Park, Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium all found within the neighbourhood.
Likely Demographic
As you would expect with the suburbs, Wembley attracts plenty of young families to the area and who stay for a decent length of time, simply upgrading homes rather than moving away. Meanwhile, The Lychee International de Londres, a recently opened French school, and the new developments around the stadium, are attracting a large number of foreign families into the area.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story

Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
