Typical Westminster jobs
At home in Westminster
Home to Big Ben, Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament, Westminster is full of quintessentially British landmarks and one of London’s most recognisable neighbourhoods.
Desirable Property Types
Westminster certainly doesn’t disappoint when it comes to desirable property. Recent developments of luxury modern mansion flats can be found in the streets close to Westminster Cathedral, while the areas of Old Queen Street and Smith Square boast a number of desirable Georgian properties.
With its mix of world famous landmarks and excellent transport links, Westminster unsurprisingly offers a large selection of great dining experiences throughout the area. While once slightly lacking when it came to shops, the recent redevelopment of Victoria Station has seen the arrival of Nova Food alongside a range of new shops.
For those who live or work within Westminster, travel is relatively easy with the Underground stations of Westminster, Victoria and St James’s Park all being within the neighbourhood. Meanwhile, London Victoria Rail Station and London Coach Station provide ease of access to the rest of the country.
Westminster tends to attract a varied mix of homeowners that includes business leaders and entrepreneurs, to international investors and families who have called the area home for a number of generations.
Nice to meet you
The Homyze Story
Whilst working on projects across London, Adam and Andrew were constantly asked by friends to refer a good plumber or carpenter. As property obsessives, Adam and Andrew were only too happy to help. They know what it is like to get your dream home. Or how annoying it can be if something is just not quite right.
When following up to make sure that they were happy with the work that had been done, Adam and Andrew realised that this was what the home services and construction industries were sorely lacking: quality customer service.
Quality tradespeople and excellent customer service were introduced and they got on fabulously. One thing led to another, and Homyze was born. We're really proud of what Homyze has done so far... she's growing up so fast but this is just the beginning. We know we will change the way in which people think about getting help with their home.
